This quest item grants access to the Trial of Chaos. Enter the Trial of Chaos Use the Inscribed Ultimatum at the temple altar in the Chimeral Wetlands to start the Trial of Chaos. You can run trials of varying lengths (4, 7, or 10 rounds); farming the 10-round trial is recommended for best rewards. Complete Rounds and Choose Tribulations Each round has set challenges such as defeating monsters, surviving timed waves, escort missions, or collecting soul cores. Before each round, pick one of three negative Tribulations that make the run harder but increase reward potential. Defeat Bosses during the Trial Bosses appear in rounds 4, 7, and 10.
